This 4-track EP is the opener for the "Welcome to the Neo Golden Age" series and - being our first vinyl release - gives a brief overview of what to expect from the upcoming compilation album. The EP features 4 artists: Arcsin breaks the ground with "Positron Affirmation": Deep hip-hop drums and hypnotic vocal samples lay the foundation for this fine composition of shuffling dark synth lines. Next, Emynd hits us with his up-tempo instrumental track "Positive Reinforcement". The straight forward drumbeat, combined with powerful analogue samples and the overall 80s sound will quickly fill any dancefloor.
The EP continues with Danny Decock. He sets up a beautiful composition of a shuffled melody, a crashing drumbeat and at the end of the track, takes it away with the gently weeping guitar. The release is concluded by Aqua Luminus III., with his pace driven and hectical "OP Wüste" as well as a DJ Bonus Edit of "Positive Reinforcement".

All digital releases are delivered as a downloadable zip-file that includes mp3s in 320 kbps resolution.

6 years ago, Misanthrop & Aqua Luminus III. released the "Leinwand EP" on Audiac Records as a 10inch picture disc. With their new collaborative offering, under the self-explanatory title "6 Years Later EP", the two producers combine once again and provide another banging electronic Hip-Hop release. The new EP offers astonishing guest features such as underground hip hop legend 2Mex (Visionaries, SonGodSons), Fake Four's very own Ceschi and UK rapper James P Honey provide superb lyrics and flows on "20 Stories Later", the only non-instrumental track on the release. Additionally, the German turntablism legend DJ Stylewarz is cutting on "The 1 Billion Euro Song" alongside Munich's DJ icon Al Rock. Another skillful and mightily talented turntablist, SNTC, provides the scratching on "57 Bars Ahead".

Combining their distinctive producing skills, Misanthrop and Aqua Luminus III (88:Komaflash), both from Munich created an astonishing 5 track EP that will appeal to both groups of listeners: abstract Hip-Hop heads and Electronica lovers.
