This could easily be the most adventurous electronic release this year. Before creating the glitchiest electronic music known to computers and men, Geste from Paris was an accomplished bass player in various bands, playing music from hardcore punk to post rock. Those influences are still alive in the ferocious energy of the music he does now. The title track "Jaw Breaker" will make your speakers scream "LOUD!", while "Ohm Sick" builds up tension second after second. Next up, "Andre" is pure and raw beauty, while the revised version of "Octobre" makes up a perfect ending for this astonishing debut.

"Howard B." is the third release of the French collective Geste that gathers 3 musicians and 2 sound engineers. For their first release as a trio, F.C. (bass/keys), Mathieu (drums) and Julien (guitar/keys) reveal themselves as a powerful "electric-electronics" band with highly pronounced noise/rock inclination.
With the help of the new Parisian label Fin De Siecle, this 2-track record (Ohm Sick / Price Of Grey) illustrates the potential of the band project whereas previous releases by Geste on the German label Equinox Records have been created electronically.
