20 Stories Later – A Remix Overdose (Part II) – Out Now!
Today we are proud to announce the release of “20 Stories Later: A Remix Overdose part II.”
This is the first dose (out of two in total) of the best remixes that were turned in for the Equinox Records & DEAD Magazine remix contest for “20 Stories Later” by Misanthrop & Aqua Luminus III., featuring 2Mex, Ceschi & James P Honey on the vocals.
This first dose features great remixes by Le Parasite, SiC, Komatik, Ulle Kamelle, Danny Decock and, as hidden bonus track, James Low.
Both parts of this digital release are given out as free downloads, straight from Equinox.Digital’s bandcamp page.

Ceschi – Black And White And Red All Over – Andreikelos Remix
As a special Silvester treat, we decided to release an exclusive remix of Ceschi’s song “Black And White And Red All Over” by Greek producer Andreikelos.
With this new version, Andreikelos provides us with a darker and more electronic perspective of the song, but still tries to maintain a portion of the romantic and melancholic feel of the original – DJ Scientist produced – version.

Random Seed Podcast Episode 2 by SCNTST & SNTC
Random Seed is back with a great new mix put together by Equinox Founder himself DJ Scientist – aka SCNTST in this case – and his old DJ buddy and friend SNTC aka Snatchatec (of the Deckpackers crew).
The Random Seed podcast series started last year with a mix by Andreikelos from Greece. However, due to lack of time, the continuation of the series was postponed. Anyway, we hope you enjoy this new podcast with some dirty and grimey as well as some more mellow beats. There is some instrumental hip-hop, some dubstep, some glitch in there, and even some crunk! Furthermore, this mix is the first one that features the dope new Random Seed introduction beat by our main man Phonatic who already provided us with great remixes for Ceschi and 2econd Class Citizen as well as his amazing Equinox Megamix in 2010.

Random Seed – The Equinox Records Music Podcast Episode I
With a fantastic mix by Andreikelos we want to start our new podcast series entitled “Random Seed”. The series will feature mixes by friends and like minded artists from around the world.
This first time, the podcast features tracks from the Equinox catalogue only. Ranging from classic tunes off the “Sound Exposure” compilation like Danny Decock’s “G.k.S.” or DJ Scientist’s “Anything About Nothing” to newer tunes like Kraddy’s “Android Porn (Mochipet Godzillaporn Remix)” and Geste’s punklike electronica, the mix gives a broad overview of the Equinox catalogue and might bring back some good memories as well as giving new impressions.

Ceschi – The One Man Band Broke Up Out Now
The waiting is over. The new album by Ceschi, entirely produced by DJ Scientist, is available now worldwide on vinyl, cd and digitally. Ceschi – The One Man Band Broke Up – Free Track
Today, we want to give you an update about Ceschi‘s long awaited new album entitled “The One Man Band Broke Up” to be released on Equinox Records / Fake Four Inc. in June.
The album was entirely produced by DJ Scientist and features musical contributions (large and small) by artists like Sole, Radical Face, Astronautalis, 2econd Class Citizen, Shoshin, Mic King and many others. It’s a concept record and is on the darker side of Ceschi and DJ Scientist‘s musical spectrum. But you can definitely expect some of the strongest songs both artists have ever released.
